Thanks @Lizzie27, I have the same problem, if I am in the garden, I cannot see all the other areas of the garden, and at night there might be someone 10 feet away and I wouldn't see them.
Moira now wants to come home, but I really don't want her to, need to find something to keep her away.

Gosh @punkdoc, your NDN sounds really dangerous.

Handyman has been. The garden gate now opens easily and the garden table is mended. The mulberry tree branch that was leaning on the roof has been removed and various other things. He didn't fit the loft ladder, said it isn't long enough, but now I've realised he didn't extend it fully. Think I'll ask my nice English builder, he said he'd do it.

I've been cleaning windows and outdoor paintwork.

Weโ€™ve just watched stage 16 of the Vuelta. ย Youโ€™d think we would be over it by now, but have loved it. We are on the Atlantic coast instead of the Mediterranean today. Wow! ย What a finish. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘

Pat E, Tour of Britain starts on Sunday! I wonder if you will be able to watch it? It started off in Sidmouth a few years ago, and we went to watch them set off. Great fun, quite a party atmosphere. Of course, they were gone in seconds, but it was interesting to see all the behind the scenes prep.

Punkdoc, we have cctv cameras in several spots round the house, very useful for watching wildlife, and seeing who has come to the front door.
We also have outside light fittings that come on with movement detectors, they also have a sound warning that beeps inside the house. I think we got them in Wickes. We have one covering the front drive, and one on the lawn where the badgers come for supper, and they can be set to different sounds so we know which one has been triggered. Weโ€™ve found them very helpful too.

Slight problem I have, is that the house is about 150 yards from the road, and I am not sure where best to place cameras.

Ergates Iโ€™m not sure if we can get it. Hubby will do some fiddling with the computer/Tv (or whatever he does) and see if we can. ย Iโ€™m hopelessย at those things. Thanks for telling me.ย

Afternoon all,ย  Sorry to hear about your NDN problems again @punkdoc Cameras sound like a good idea.
    Lovely blossom @Pat E
I've been baking Gabriel's green birthday cake today.ย  Had trouble getting it green though as Morrison's food colouring only turned it turquoise, not a good look for grass.ย  Had to go out and get another brand.ย  I'll post a picture when I've finished decorating it.

Thanks BusyL , I can see the Plumcot tree from the house, so I rather like having a look every now and then. ๐Ÿ˜

Sorry Yvie. As you can tell itโ€™s late and Iโ€™m not concentrating well. It was you who commented on the blossom, not BusyL. ๐Ÿ˜ณ
