Sent me wrong order. No way to contact them. No email address, no phone number, chat bot never answers. Any one else been able to connect to them?

If you use Facebook, try posting on their page there. It seems these days many businesses fall over themselves to deal with problems when they're raised publicly(ish) on Facebook.
Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained
  • Mind you, the lack of phone and email information was obvious when you ordered...you can only blame yourself for buying from them. We like to whinge but we loathe to look those things up before clicking on a "bargain".

I don't think that's wholly fair. We live in a country where we expect to hand over our money and get something in return. It's disgraceful that these companies make it so difficult to get in touch and it's not just bargain suppliers, either. That joyous line, "We are experiencing a high volume of calls just now..." Even though it is the crack of dawn, lunch time, bedtime, ANYtime. They don't head their ads with a warning - 'Abandon hope, all ye who enter here' but they should be obliged to do so.

I've spent 3 hours on the phone today.
3 different departments within DWP, they don't speak to each other so I'm left on hold for over half an hour each time before they even speak to me, then tell me to call someone else.
Who'd have thought that Care Allowance, isn't the same as Carer Allowance? It'd have been too difficult to give those different Allowances completely different names, OBVIOUSLY
    Devon.
  • Wow you're charming @Nikoz maybe the company is lucky to not have to face your unpleasantness down a phone line.

Even a very professional looking website with phone number, address etc, etc is no guarantee.  I think I'm pretty thorough before ordering on line but I was caught recently.  Thankfully got sorted by my bank.

What is Care Allowance?  I've heard of Carers Allowance but not t'other one.  I agree it's unhelpful at best to have two benefits with such similar names.

Care allowance is part of Universal Credit , totally seperate from Carers allowance

  • A relative purchased me a birthday gift voucher from them. The gift voucher never arrived after 3 times contacting them but she got a refund eventually(not sure of that mechanism) . I figure if they couldn't deliver a gift voucher in a timely manner it's not a company I would attempt to buy plants from. Maybe others have better experiences of them.
