Sadly it is his wife who is the acupuncturist, he helps rich people avoid tax.

How … by deviously arranging things so that Ā  their neighbours pay their tax bills for them? šŸ“ā€ā˜ ļøĀ

  • Oh @punkdoc, what a pain! I'm afraid I'd be inclined to let it go, what price peace in your life. It's over now, very annoying but it's only money, peace of mind is priceless.

My lip has calmed down a bit, still very sore, but no longer throbbing.Ā

Green everything @Yviestevie, how endearing, bless him.Ā

Great day with the Boyz, but exhausting.Ā

Mega busy at work but one member of staff rising fantastically to the challenge. Determined to get better and more staff for next year, ridiculous how much money we've taken with so few of us.Ā

I'm back tomorrow, but good to have a 3 day solid break.Ā
@Hostafan1 hope you've managed to find a resolution, this sounds like it may go on a while. Desperately sad.Ā

What planet are they on @Hostafan1, ?Ā  As if you haven't got enough to deal with already. I'm so sorry for your continued battles with the medical profession/civil servants.

Hello everyone. There’s a white cloud moving up the valley, so we aren’t sure what to expect. Maybe some more snow. Can’t see the far range, but the closest range is visible and looks to be free of snow. If the cloud lifts, I might be able to see more. Ā Rather cool outside.

    Good morning to you all.

@Hostafan1 Ā I had to stop the oncologist sending my husband for a (last) radiation session as it was obvious that he wasn't up to it. Ā "Not feeling too good, are we?" was the "statement". Ā He died 5 days later.

@punkdoc Ā In all this, what did the new neighbours make of the gas changes? Ā Are they aware? Ā If so, what other weird things could they have done to the property?

Still morning, so a weed spray on the cards.  Cold nights but hot days.  We seem to have "sprung" into Autumn somehow.    And the saying for today is:  A la Saint-Césaire, la dernière forte chaleur en l'air.

    Have a pleasant day everyone

    Good morning all 😊 ā˜•ļøĀ
Overcast and cool here … Ā 14C and not going to improve much today apparently. Hey ho … think we may have to move the chillies indoors into the studio.Ā

Morning all. Got up at 6, dishwasher done. Hubby started soon after 7. Yesterday he took up a path,25 by 6 feet, round the side of our bungalow. We have the bins there and a lean to green house. The slabs are 24inch square, pretty thick, laid on a thin layer of sand over soil. He's grouting the joints, mortaring the side gap, trying to stop the weeds. He was out there last night till 8.30,it was just getting dark. It was 16c overnight, bit breezy but no rain forecast. Hope everyone has a pleasant day
