Glad you've made it @Busy-Lizzie, that is some trek you've just done and you're far braver than me. Hope you enjoy settling into your own house once again and seeing your friends over there. Love the fact the donkey was pleased to see you.
Thanks Ergates, I'm already on medication for acid reflux issues and self restrict my fat intake severely. Funnily enough my GP has never discussed possible gall bladder issues.Ā
Evening all, sorry if I'm late on parade @WonkyWomble. š¤
Spent the day poolside with Charlie and his pal, played piggy in the middle with them for a while, short trip to decathlon to get a football and swing ball game.Ā
Settled with a bottle of Percharmant and charcuterie platter now. Charlie's pal, Jean Xavier is a sweetheart.Ā
Back at the ranch CdeG is managing without me. Bless them.Ā

Morning everyone,Ā much brighter start here weather wise. I am a little "tender " today,Ā back to Yoga yesterday after an 18 month hiatus.Ā I know a lot of people practice at home on their own,Ā but I need the discipline of a class to do it properly. Interesting that it was an Osteopath that reccomended that I start Yoga,Ā nearly 20 years ago,Ā it has helped me keep mobile worth a thought @WonkyWomble. Glad to hear you're safely home @Busy-Lizzie, interesting that your Annabelle has suffered,Ā we are having problems with one too. I have a thread called poorly Hydrangea . Replies so far,Ā suggest lack of water but in our case it's not the cause.
When the cloud eventually lifted, the snow had melted, š” so nothing to photograph. The day has been rather cool though. Spent inside in front of the wood heater. š

I hope @Yviestevie is getting on top of things slowly. Ā Not easy when things start to pile up. Ā Patience and courage.
Good afternoon @Pat E and Morning @Dovefromabove
Another sunny Ā yet windy day here, but the nights are really cool - crazy as we are in August and the hottest month.
Have a good day everyone.
