Happy Anniversary @Obelixx ixx. I see on that list @Pat E is "Yeast Extract" and I LOVE Marmite (can't get Vegemite here). I have very painful Achilles Tendons - wearing tapes today as doing a lot of preserving - back and forth, back and forth and standing at the bench. I probably eat all of those spices in the month that is on the "High" list. And there's a page 2! Sigh!
Just been out in the garden picking another tonne of runner beans ... got my timing just right ... I came in just as the heavens opened again .... while I was out there I removed three huge Spanish slugs from the courgette patch Grrrrr ... they've gone to the Happy Lettuce Patch in the sky where they'll meet many other slugs I'm sure 👿
Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
@Pat E that's an interesting list. I have histamine intolerance and I think the two are closely linked. It's interesting that some foods listed I can eat and others not. Fermented foods are a no no as are wines and beers, but gin and vodka are ok with a different distilling process! It's quite a mine field trying to understand it all. Love the picture of the moon.
Floralies, the book is produced by the nutrition group of Prince Alfred Hospital in Sydney. I believe it is still available on line and is called Friendly Food. I was put onto it years ago by an Allergist who worked out that I’m MSG intolerant. It’s been a very special book in my place. 😁👏👏. I’m ver glad that I discovered it.
Share it round then. They changed the forecast yesterday was supposed to be good with today less so , then late Friday they flipped it around, so why did I get wet picking my runner beans on the plots this morning?
