@Dovefromabove, it would only have made you anxious too! No point in us both having stress, who would help the other if we both fell down at the same time? Let alone look after everyone else?! 😉🤗
Good morning. It is damp here but should clear up by the time I go to a summer patch session. The council is letting us have the room so we can make up for the lack of meetings over the last year and get people out and socialising safely again.
Before then I have a waxed cabinet to polish and a fridge to clean and then my bag to pack with the tutorial and examples and a new experiment.
Glad the Alexander technique is helping @WonkyWomble. When I went to a practitioner in the late 90s to get help with 3 slipped disks I was expecting to be jumped on and yanked about like osteos and chiropractors do but she was very gentle and just did tiny movements adjusting my posture and especially knees, shoulders and hips. She warned me I'd grown an inch in that one hour and, sure enough, I banged my head getting in the car to go home. She wrote a book which you can probably borrow from a library. Let me know if you're interested and I'll dig out the details.
Hope everyone gets a good day whatever the weather and that your washing has dried @Pat E

Yes please @Obelixx!! It's really making a difference! Thanks so much!! Sounds like you have a busy day ahead as usual so in your own time! Thanks again 😀
Hurray @punkdoc, I hope it all goes through smoothly and the new people are nice. Dove and Wonky, hang on a tic, punkdoc said "might", fingers crossed.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
Hope you’re right Punkdoc. He’s caused enough trouble over recent years for you.
Obelixx, I decided to leave the washing on the line tonight. The Roos don’t bother it - they must duck under the clothes, based on the footprints under the line. Also it would have still been damp and/or cold with our temps today. More snow expected on the high hills in the Snowy region.😳

Love to you both
Another wet , miserable day. I've already donned a woolly pully but I think the heating will be on shortly
