    Good evening.

It brightened up this afternoon so it’s a pleasant, if breezy, evening. Did a few garden jobs and been sorting the garden waste into council bin, compost bins, woody pile and random pile.Ā

Sorry to hear your toms have been blighted @Dovefromabove. Gutting isn’t it. Strange thing - I think I am becoming touch allergic/sensitive to tomatoes. I pruned off some a large amount of leaves today and my fingers were very itchy and red. I have also noticed that chopping tomatoes can be a bit irritating too. Perhaps it’s only when I have breaks in my skin but will keep an eye.Ā

I hope the weekend has been kind to all.Ā

Lucky you @Allotment Boy, it's been tipping with rain here, on and off. Cold too, heating on again.

It's been a quiet day, done some online jigsaws and I've been sorting photos for an album of the past year, to order online. Watched another episode of "Killing Eve" and some more gymnastics.

@AuntyRach I’ve worked with several children with hyper-sensitivities who had real problems with tomatoes.Ā

My daughter also asked me if I have time tomorrow to go to a local garden centre for lunch and domes oft play for the grandson!!! MMMMMM I’m sure I could free a couple of hours šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚Ā

As Dove says, it's quite common. They are nightshades, after all. Mum used to get sores in her mouth if she ate too many cherry toms off the vine in her greenhouse (as you do). Probably best to wear glovesĀ  :)

Hello all. Ā Nothing new here today. I’ve got two loads of washing on the line and one more nearly ready to hang out. Overcast sky is making me wonder why I bothered. Oh well, a second rinse won’t hurt the various items, I suppose. šŸ™„

I sympathise with those people on Greece , Turkey and Cyprus. The fires remind me of our summer earlier this year.Ā
