Hello everybody. I must work out what I did (or didn't) do yesterday that gave me such a good night's sleep last night. It was 30°C in my bedroom which was far too hot for me - I do not want to think it was that high temperature that knocked me out!

Good morning everyone, another beautiful sunny morning. There's a heat haze at the bottom of the garden and the field. Think it's going to be another scorcher. Glad you slept well @Ladybird4 hope your arm is better this morning. Considering how hot last night was, I thought I would melt around 9, it seemed to get even hotter 🥵🥵 I slept quite well too. Did wake up a couple of times but nodded off quite quickly. A few bits to do indoors and then a lazy day in this heat. We have a 'sco delivery this afternoon as we cancelled last Friday's. Have a lovely day everyone, slap on the sun cream.
This early evening I will be going over the road to join the flower club ladies as we continue preparing for the 50th anniversary meal later this year. I will be doing a bit of watering this morning before the sun gets too high in the sky.

Went to allotment to water tomatoes and look what I found!
They were moms favourites so have given a bunch to each of my 3 elderly lady neighbours in her memory and still have loads! Taking some to sister later she is working extra hours as so many staff off sick at her surgery. I know they don’t last long but the scent!
