Unfortunately it seems there is no recording. Nothing we can do about it now so all we can do is communicate with and console upset relatives.
I hope your hubby settles in the care home @Hostafan1 and you get some rest.

@steephill that’s rubbish.  So sad for your Italian relatives.  Can’t believe the crematorium got something so important that wrong 😑

Oh no @Yviestevie, you've had such a run of health problems. I hope the membrane is removable. How is Gabriel?

I hope the care home isn't too far from you @Hostafan1 and that hubby is more comfortable there.

I watched A Place in the Sun while I did the ironing as it was set in Dordogne. Didn't really care for the houses but they showed places I am familiar with. Covered a big area. Why don't they research the pronunciation of French towns?
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

    Good morning all 😊 ☕️
I hope everyone had a restful night. It’s slightly cooler here so that should have helped.
I was woken early by a crow shouting loudly about something … it was still dark so something must’ve happened to disturb him … he was quite annoyed about it.
Fortunately I got back to sleep with the help of a decaf.

Morning everyone. Still cool here, but home in front of the fire. Leftovers for tea tonight. So that’s easy.

Chicky, I’ve asked Hubby to order that book for me. Hope it’s a good one.  I’m reading the Malmo murder series for the umpteenth time. Love the characters. So i need a change.
