Mine are higher backed @Ergates. If you check their website they have red covers with a creamy motif available at the mo. Buy online and have them delivered?
@Dovefromabove even with the 3 jabs my stupid knee is not reliably stable but does move more easily. T'other knee isn't that stable either but that's due to a riding accident over 30 years ago when I cracked the knee cap and tore the ligaments and did'nt get the right treatment - Northwick Park hospital is a place to avoid.

Didn’t like the red flowered covers. We are only 15 minutes from the Exeter store so I’ve been able to look at them in real life. The turquoise might be liveable with, but I have a two seater and a three seater sofa, and two footstools. The three seater cover is out of stock, I can get the footstool covers delivered, and I can pick up the two seater in Exeter. Trying to decide whether or not to get the available items, from 2 different sources, check the colour at home, and then keep them to one side until I can get the three seater! At least I’ll have a year to take them back if I don’t like them, or can’t get the complete set. The main thing that’s stopping me is that I’ll then have to start looking for curtains to go with them. That just sounds too much like hard work!
I heard on the news that the person who paid 29milllion for a seat on that flight had a diary clash and someone else got his seat. I may be lacking imagination here but I can't think what on earth matters more than a 29million dollar ticket to ride.
That said I can't believe the waste and the self-indulgence and how much could be done to provide clean water in Africa, fix cleft palate in 3rd world children, deal with childhood conditions that lead to blindness in Africa and India, educate girls - the surest way to improve poor rural societies.

Afternoon all. Just been reading back as I've not been on here for a few days. Well done on working hard on your physical coordination @steveTu. My memory is abysmal and I too bump into those brick walls in my mind, especially when doing crosswords, so I understand your frustration at trying to grope for something and it's just not there. I haven't had a stroke though - just have a bad memory. @Hostafan1 - I am in awe of how devoted you are to your poor husband. Exhausting - but what else can you do? I do hope you can resolve the issue and get the support you need. But these are such strange times - I wonder how many are not getting support they need due to Covid and - dare I say it - Brexit as we have lost so many essential workers. I've not been up to much - working away on tourism stuff for our little town, looking at the garden and going - no, too hot. We were up a stepladder trimming the top of our hedge the other day. Could only reach one half of it from the garden side but the thought of taking the stepladder out onto the pavement in full glare of the sun - just no. So we now have a very odd looking hedge. We think 'our' blackbirds have hatched a second brood. It wasn't that long ago I watched a juvenile hassling its mum for food, even though it was the same size as her. Now we are hearing tweeting from the rosa banksiae. Another thing I have learned - yes, it's lovely weather for washing and drying outside - but not so great for the resultant ironing. Edited to add: I certainly don't iron my masks @Dovefromabove - that's above & beyond!
Have you considered not having everything matching? It's really not that hard to live with
If they coordinated better, no problem, but grey and turquoise would really grate on me. And I’ve never been that keen on grey, it was the best option available at the time! I knew there was a good reason why I’d never got round to hemming the grey curtains, their days are numbered.

I didn’t until someone (on here?) said it really helped with sterilising them. Seems reasonable … I’ve got quite a few so it doesn't happen often … I don’t go out often so don’t need them often either.

My sofas are Ektorp, pale beige or dark cream. Colour is from cushions, curtains and pictures.
We did the weekly shop this morning and bought a pressure washer. Guess what I'll be doing soon.
