Glad you had a good time @punkdoc tho I would have been drawn to stay in the Lakes and not go further north unless I had a about a month to play - so much to see and do and such good food.
I have been to the dentist too @Dovefromabove but no major activity cos he doesn't want to risk any cross reactions while I'm still having knee infiltrations. Contented himself with a good clean where I had a bit of scale and taking molds for new crowns. Deep mining postponed to end of the month.
Tired now tho as I was up very early to take OH into La Roche to pick up the hire van for his trip to Namur to fetch back Possum's stuff. That meant I had nearly 3 hours to kill so I've been to the DIY shop to buy doings for some extra shelves and done a wee raid on the La Roche Leclerc SM. Different local population so different range of goodies so I now have wholemeal flour for both cakes and bread making. And some HP sauce for Possum who doesn't rate my home-made version. Fussy madam!

Put your feet up @Obelixx 🛋 I think my injections have more or less worn off now and so far I have no pain around the hole. A bit of a headache but that’s all … so far 🤞

@Dovefromabove My dentist says to take a paracetamol before setting off as it reduces reactions. No relaxing this pm for me. On a mission to reoarganise kitchen and pantry while OH is not there to mutter and grump about "this week's position for ..." It includes dumping quite a few jars of unlabelled chutneys - no idea what they are and no date either so they can go.
Forgot to say sorry @Busy-Lizzie that your OH has to wait so long for them to get their act together. It doesn't seem very joined up and I'm sure that adds to stress on both patients and staff with all the time-wasting and delays.

I am sorry to say that I think a lot of GPS are hiding behind covid as an alternative to seeing people in person. Last week I ended up filling in an on line form, was supposed to be contacted within 24 hrs. Finally spoke to someone yesterday. I could have walked there and been seen within 30 minutes in the past.
Hi folks, Miserable day here but did get to do some gardening despite the weather. Congratulations Chicklet. Tooth extractions and bee stings, yuk, hope you both feel better soon. Sorry your OH has had his op postponed BL.
I think I’ve been very lucky … no pain at all from around the hole … headache went away … spaghetti Bol for supper … now I'm just incredibly tired … I’m getting a very early night.
Sleep tight all.

@Obelixx She certainly didn't hold back. She did warn me that it would be a couple of days before I felt the benefit and she was right. I'm used to it. Can't be doing with those namby pamby scented oil back rubs. To sort out the muscles you need a good sports massage. I'm back again next week, it will probably take 3 or 4 to sort it out.
