Anyone think he’s arrogant enough to think he could  take over from Daniel Craig?

Hmm …… Idris Elba or Greg Wise 🤔
    anyone ……?

  • Well I think he definitely fancied himself in the role, more Mountbatten than James Bond I would think.
The whole truth is an instrument that can only be played by an expert.
  • Aww, definitely Idris Elba 😉

I get the impression that Karen was quite excited to get him as a partner, but l think her enthusiasm is waning.
I understand him wanting to do it in memory of his sister, but he strikes me as being "one step removed" from the process. Possibly as a way to keep his emotions at bay.

I think that if he’s doing it in memory of someone, he ought to put a bit more effort into learning from his professional and concentrating on what he has to do.

What he does looks more like someone’s rather dreamy idea of dancing, rather than the work that learning to dance actually is.

  • I thought he rather suave and handsome on week 1 but agree he's rather condescending

Greg has totally underestimated the work that goes in to learning to dance - posture, technique for feet, hands, head, arms plus rhythm, musicality, figures.  Seems to think he can act his way thru it all but needs more rehearsal either way.

Definitely the right one went in the dance-off.

No not just you @Dovefromabove he's really getting on my nerves. And the few minutes I saw of his wife Emma was enough. Both  in love with themselves.
    Totally agree @barry island
Think you're right about him wanting to be James Bond  @Valley Gardener 😉

You ain't wrong.  This is the couple who made such a big deal about leaving the UK after Brexit because she somehow had gained an Italian passport.  Report I read said they stayed 4 days before scuttling back.  She does seem to have been remarkably quiet since.  She did also fly back from the USA to take part in a climate change demo in London.

I loved her carefully designed and probably expensive outfit and hair do trying to blend in with her idea of the proletariat. I thought that they lived in California I believe that you can reside in a country for so many days before you have to pay that country's income tax.

    I'd forgotten about that @KT53.
It will be interesting to see how long he lasts in the competition. Of course there will be Karen's fans voting for her as opposed to her celebrity partner. Does anyone know what they are dancing this week, Latin or Ballroom?
I think Karen may have said on the results show, but l was so surprised that they weren't in the dance off that l wasn't paying attention 😳.
