About the Greg dance off predictions. We play a game every week where we pick who has the best chance of getting the red light. We have to pick as soon as the contestants appear right at the start, ie before any dancing. We pick based on who we think has the worst costume, and it’s surprising how often it works - particularly for the mid-table contestants . I think it’s because the poor celeb looked at themselves in the mirror, felt terrible, and it affected their confidence. Greg’s shirt was a bit out there, but the killer was those awful trousers. The fabric and cut couldn’t have been more unflattering if the wardrobe department were on a mission to sabotage him.
Carmarthenshire (mild, wet, windy). Loam over shale, very slightly sloping, so free draining. Mildly acidic or neutral.

I sometimes think that the celebs may get the costumes they deserve …. they try to be too demanding etc then perhaps things come back to bite them. 😉

I also think Gregg is finding everything a bit harder than he’s used to. Performing live is a very different thing to film acting when you can do as many takes as it takes … learning to control nerves is what live performers and athletes etc do every day. No sympathy for him from here I’m afraid.

  • I agree too @Emerion
    Those trousers! 😱

Did think the judges comments and then the scores were a bit conflicting at times 🤷🏻‍♀️

Me too @star gaze lily. Normally you can make a good guess at the scores based on what the judges each like, but it did seem a bit random a few times. I know Craig under-marks sometimes (and sometimes he’s the only one being honest), but 5 for AJ?!  It wasn’t her best dance, but it wasn’t that bad. Tilly was way over-marked by Shirley and Anton. Several more odd ones too.

Got to agree about the trousers not one of Vicky's better creations I kept thinking that he was going to get his heel caught they were far too long. The show was very even last night we used our three free votes but could have voted for six we even voted for Dan again he moves surprisingly well for a big man.

Agree about Dan. Complete beginner men with very long legs always struggle, unsurprisingly.

It will be interesting to see who’s in dance off tonight , I would have thought Gregg is one , other could be Dan , soon see

  • Gregg has to be one in the DO,those trousers and the whole ensemble was awful ,talk about old man dancing,he just hasnt listened to Karen. Unfortunately I think the other will be Judi, but Gregg hasnt even tried, and she has. I hope its not Dan.
The whole truth is an instrument that can only be played by an expert.

I saw Gregg in the week and though it was only a glimpse he looked better in training than he did last night, as the judges said he started off wrong and never corrected it he may put up a better show if he's in the bottom two tonight, I still don't like him though.
