Fiancé’s mom has been feeding this little creature under the hedge for the last month and finally got her to come inside. Very thin and a tangled coat but very affectionate. Going to the vet today for a check up. She sat on my lap for ages yesterday enjoying a fuss.

A very good morning one and all. Great to see you T'Bird and I hope that the weather improves for the rest of your holiday so that you can get out and about. If you get the chance I can recommend RHS Rosemoor for a visit. I took my Mum there a few years back when we were on holiday in Devon and we both loved it. Mind you, the day was lovely and summery.
Yvie, its good to hear that your OH is bouncing back. Speaking of storms, I need to check that my plant pots are securely wedged if we are to get these strong winds the forecast is predicting.
Hazel there was something valued at that price last night - an eastern deity stauette which looked as if it had been buried in the garden for several years. I do feel sorry for the school children missing their outings - we used to have so much fun on those - and the proms. They had not quite taken off over here whilst I was still working - we just had 'leavers dos', which did give them all a chance to get dressed up.
Have a lovely day everyone. Yay Wimbledon!

Good morning Debs - you snuckered in there. What an absolutely beautiful picture of that little cat and well done to your Fiancé's Mum for looking after her. So pretty!

Good morning all, posted that last night but only just gone through we have internet problems here maybe connected to dreadful weather though the sun is shining here this morning.
So pleased to hear about all your travels and trips.
My granddaughter is leaving junior school and some of the moms and dads have organised a little “prom” for them hoping nobody tests positive before then. They have had a difficult time with so much disruption and deserve a treat.
Back to work today but only for the morning so hoping for garden time later.

Good Morning LB, Debs & Rubee and all to follow,
LB The weather is so unpredictable at the moment, hope the wind doesn’t cause too much trouble if it arrives,
Debs What a pretty little cat, hope all goes well with the vet,
Rubee Hope your day goes well and your family are all keeping ok,
Topbird Good to see you and hear you are enjoying time away, hope the weather improves for your stay in Devon,
Yvie So pleased to hear your OH is improving, hope your back pain has eased,
Hazel it is a shame for the school leavers not to have a final get together to celebrate, the parents idea to hire a hall is excellent. Hope your middle granddaughter has a lovely time,
Off to see mum this morning, have a good day everyone.

    Good morning to all.

Debs, what a beautiful cat. She is lucky that she found your mum and proper home.

    Chive, enjoy visiting your mum.

Rest of you have a lovely day, you will probably watch Wimbledon.

I was at cottage last two days. Lot to do but I have a wonderful news. It was raining whole last night and soil is soaked. This rain literally saved all crops. I'll take a rest for today and do nothing.

Your potatoes will really benefit from the water. Enjoy your day without having to worry about the watering. I am starting to get nervous about Wednesday already!

Wednesday? Have I missed something? Hope you are ok @Ladybird4
@Ante30 excellent news about the rain, poured down here last night too so no watering for me, the plants definitely prefer the stuff from the sky to the stuff from the hose.
