Still pouring, hasn't let up at all. Had a few flashes of lightning but no thunder. Have just opened the patio door and watched it for awhile, it smells gorgeous, so fresh .

Will say night night too. Sleep well everyone

I hope Lily and her OH sleep well tonight now that it's rained. I wish it would pour here, still hot and heavy outside. My bedroom is too hot.

Sounds awful about Jack's garden, LB. I hope it can be cleaned up.

    I hope Yvie's OH didn't get sunburnt!

I was pleased with the result of the Sewing Bee.

    Evening all,

Very happy with the Wales result in the football. There should be interest a long way into the tournament for the home nations :)

Good morning everyone. Bon voyage Busy. I was very pleased with the Sewing Bee result and thought Rebecca's dress was stunning. They were all worthy of winning - such clever people.
Evening Biglad????? What's happened to your biological clock?
I'm off to have my hair done this morning and I am going to be creating a letter - as an independent witness - regarding the dreadful occurrence at Jack's yesterday, for the Council and Trading Standards.

    Morning all.

There was a huge and rather scary storm last night. Electricity kept going off. At least the garden has been well watered.

I need to get a move on, not packed yet.

Good morning all. Rain here overnight so air feels much fresher but it’s brightening up already. Hope it doesn’t get too hot it was 29 degrees in work yesterday we were all flagging.
LB how dreadful for your neighbour he must be so upset that he was targeted and this will have knocked his confidence I imagine. Nobody likes to feel as if they are seen as a vulnerable person who can be taken advantage of. These people are scum. Hope they get what they deserve.
Hope everyone has a good day

Good Morning LB, Busy-Lizzie, Debs & Rubee and all to follow, it’s raining! 🌧
LB What has happened to Jack and his garden is appalling, hope these cowboys are stopped. Enjoy your trim this morning, then you can focus on the letter,
Busy Hope all goes well today safe journey,
Debs hope today is more of a manageable temperature, working in that heat is not pleasant,

SGL I hope you & Oh had a better night, sorry to hear that he was feeling unwell yesterday take care both of you,
While I’m pleased we have rain it does mean that I’ll be forced to do unmentionables!
