    Morning all,

Hope you have a good birthday @Pat E

Wall-to-wall sunshine here so I'll be watering the garden again today. Loads to do and no excuses not to crack on!

Good morning, bird feeders filled, a bit of free time today, so I'll garden as much as possible, but it'll be just a troubleshooting effort, the gardener us coming this week, he will have to do the more detailed stuff. Astonishing how quickly it turns jungle like. It's all looking a bit wild, awful weather conditions for so long now I despair for this year, drought/torrential rain, not good.

    Happy Birthday @Pat E

    Have a good day all.

Happy birthday to @Pat E hope your day has gone well.
I am sure you have done your best @chicky, best not to stress about it now.
Dry but dull here,  hope we can get something done outside today.  Best wishes to all.

Thanks everyone. I’ve just enjoyed a lovely meal which Hubby presented to me. Thinly sliced Pork steak, mashed potato, steamed broccoli, peas and carrots, finished of with a yummy creamy gravy with green peppercorns.  Couldn’t fit another pea in. 🤪🤪

Happy Birthday @Pat E, glad you enjoyed your meal.

    Morning all.

There was some sun but it seems to have slipped away somewhere else.
Think I'll make a start on the garden.

Some of its here @Busy-Lizzie … but there’s not as much as there was …typical, just cos I’ve got a quilted mattress protector in the wash .., 🙄

Morning everybody, Happy Birthday @Pat E.
Glad the rental was sorted out @Hostafan1, have a lovely time today with grandson.
Work up to sunshine, had a quick walk but it's now clouding over and there's an ominous black cloud coming our way. Glad I got two lots of washing done yesterday.
Just off out to have my usual monthly back/shoulder massage or perhaps a pedicure if beautician advises against massage because of shoulder jab I had last week. Either will be bliss!

Morning all ….. I had a lie - in 😝. Didn’t get much sleep the night before, so I had some compensating to do.  Exams went ok thanks Tui (see page 85).

Happy Birthday @Pat E - your meal sounds yummy.  Glad you are being spoiled - its not every day a girl turns 81 🥳

Off to see my Dad today as I missed Father’s Day celebrations.  Was hoping for a bit of sunshine, but think I might have to wait til tomorrow.

Also now counting the days til I step on a plane to Edinburgh for a wee weekend holiday. Very exciting.

Less exciting is the news that one of littlest Chicklet’s housemates tested positive for Covid last Saturday, so her house is in isolation.  That’s ruined all her end of Uni plans.  She gets out 2 days before she has to hand the keys to her house back and come home.  She is very miserable 😩.  And I am now worrying that she will catch it.
