    My Covid test was negative.
Track and Trace rang just when I was outside gardening and had left my phone in the sitting room.

    Morning all,

I've managed to read back and catch up, glad to hear you're all ok despite the hiccups with cars and backs and trips and bumps. :)

I am incredibly busy and completely tied up at CdeG, I have had to cook morning noon and night for virtually 3 solid days, and we are just so busy, we served 30 people last night a full 3 course dinner in-between 8 and 9pm, just me in the kitchen and one waitress, I just cannot get the staff and the ones I have got either can't get here or can't work week-ends, up until midnight washing up and up again at 7am to do paperwork/management tasks (like paying wages) before I cook all day again today. I have one new Saturday girl starting, but not for 2 weeks as she is still doing college work at the moment.  I have 3 really good waitresses but they just can't work any more hours and one of the other people that can cook just can't work weekends or evenings because her husband won't let her. Very, very difficult and frustrating.

Despite the neglect, the garden is looking lovely though. :)

Anyway, must go, take care everyone.
