Rain has stopped play here so I think I might have an early lunch and keep fingers crossed for later. Your study looks super Busy. If one of my nieces saw that she would have library envy. It is her ambition to have a complete room full of books in her house. She loves older books.
SGL Jakemans are a mentholated throat and chest type sweet. I have them too. They are very good and have started to do different flavours but I prefer the original.
Sorry to hear that you had a migraine RosieBB and I hope its gone by the time you read this. The wind has got up here as well. Poor sunflower Hazel. I hope that you can rescue it.

LB is right Lily they are very good .I prefer the originals too . Busy ,I love your library .I have five bookcases dotted about the house .Can’t get rid of special books .I have my dads Pilgrims Progress.
It was old when he bought it from a junk shop when he was a teenager .It’s dated in the eighteen hundreds .Also one of my treasured books is a book on  British animals that my maternal grandfather bought me for my first birthday .Took some time to learn to read it .But the pictures were looked at frequently.
  • LB thank you feeling better but exhausted.  Busy lovely to have your own library too.  It would be interesting going for a rummage through your collection.

    Haha @Chivetalking 🎶🎵🎶  😂😂 sorry 🤭

@bluebellsinthewild sorry to hear you have a migraine, glad its easing. Your books sound wonderful @Rubee
I love books too @Songbird-1 there's not many that I get rid of. Could probably take some cookery books that never see the light of day 😉🤭

I've never heard of those throat sweets, I'll have to remember those.@Rubee & @Ladybird4

    We're almost on 100 again.

67 posts to go. We certainly can talk SGL. Its quite cool here now and the sky is cloudy. Apparently Sunday is going to be scorchio so the garden will be a good place to sit and read.

I had a look at the Garden Gallery earlier today. @Songbird-1 your veronicas were gorgeous.

Thank you for liking my study.

It's been hot outside. I've been trying to find homes for the stuff in the big open barn as the builders are going to concrete the floor while I'm in Norfolk with OH.
Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.

Busy, will the friends who helped you replace your furniture help you with moving things out of the barn? Will you be able to accommodate any of it in your house until the concrete floor is laid? Ooh sorry Busy, so many questions. I just hope that you will be able to get something sorted out before you travel back to Norfolk.

SGL and Biglad - is it wall to wall football in your homes tonight. The opening ceremony is on now and there is a singer with a most fantastic voice singing Nessun Dorma. Handy brother will be riveted to it.
Ante - if you look in - will you be watching the match on Sunday?
