    Once in, it does proliferate - skimming off with a net on a stick does work but depends how much spare time you have on your hands ;)

    Bought a Honda Jazz Thanks for the recommendations chaps. Now we have to get rid of the old car 6 months MOT but it isn't ULEZ compliant. We were thinking of donating it to one of those charity organisations who scrap or auction used cars. Has anyone done this?

    You are quite correct.  If your car is not compliant,  you have to pay to drive in the zone.  This zone is wider than the congestion zone. If you go into that you have to pay even more.

    Well if he had and you'd won you'd have to share it anyway and 55,500,000 just isn't the same.

    It wasn't me neither. It's obscene how much was won. That could have made 111 people millionaires. A million is enough for a life changing amount. 111 million is just obscene. If I had won I'd have given away 55 million straight away. SWMBO would insist on that.  :)
