Met up with a friend for a visit to two GC's, beautiful sunny and warm day when she arrived but as soon as we reached the 1st GC and were in the queue for lunch, it poured, very unexpectedly. No umbrellas and very little shelter. Boo hoo.

My husband has a snake issue. It's so frustrating to see a grass snake or whatever and not be able to mention it.😐
If I did, we'd never go back there. However, on a positive note, I could 'see' one in a place I never wanted to go again. I'm sure snakes congregate in musty secondhand bookshops. Right under the military history section

@B3 mine is exactly the same, it's quite surprising the places they can be found if you look hard enough.

At this precise moment there is steam coming out of my ears.  Having ordered furniture from Sofology on line I cannot get it delivered.  Having spent upwards of 5 hours on the phone to 'customer services' trying to change a delivery address I still haven't managed it.  You would think I was asking for the moon on a stick.  Have been trying to sort this out for over a month.  On the two times I have finally got through to be told someone would call me back with a delivery date, nothing has materialised.

Not only that but trying to get Adblock off my laptop is proving impossible.  I have given them a lousy trustpilot review, have uninstalled it and sent them numerous emails.  Despite all this effort I still have loads of pop up adverts which have now been joined by loads of bullying popups trying to make me buy the product.  Free trial my A*s*.

The final straw came today when the expensive garden chair purchased less than a year ago and hardly sat on has split where the arm joins the back.  Another lousy trust pilot review and an email to Amazon.  I'm waiting for a reply but not holding my breath.

    Rant Over.

Well that's the three. You should be ok for a while after this lot.

I was very tempted by Sofology @Yviestevie ... do you mean to say that rather lovely blond young man with the fabulous voice, who plays guitar and thinks about going surfing doesn't deliver the sofa to you in person and then hang around to peel grapes and pour wine for you while you test the sofa to make sure it's exactly as you want it?

Oh well, I won't get one then  :'(

@Yviestevie Adblock Plus is free to download and works perfectly for me.

That's the one @Dovefromabove, actor Owen Wilson. Might just see if he's got a twitter account and give him a piece of my mind too.

Adblock is free but you have to pay for the plus.  It's driving me absolutely crazy.

Awwwwwwwww ... he's rather lovely (and I'm not usually keen on blond chaps) ... I'm sure it's not his fault ....
