    ‘All my days’.  My little grandson said this a dozen times over Christmas so must be the latest with the kids,  now I’ve heard on TV. 
    I’m sure that was a very old saying,  all comes around again.

    @Lyn, I suspect you, or your grandson, are not hearing it correctly. The common usage is ‘Oh my days’ sometimes contracted to ‘my days’. I think it was popularised by London’s Caribbean community.

    Where did this habit of saying "Yeah, yeah" come from?  To me it sounds dismissive and rude.  What's wrong with "Yes", it's positive and respectful!

    Rowie - Scottish, Hostafan.  North East.  It's a 'Buttery' with added  lard and  salt.  Disgustingly popular, apparently.  Looks like a croissant that's been trodden on by an elephant.
