The continual use of Gifted rather than given/received.  It doesn't even sound easy on the ear.

I'm wondering how long it will be before people begin to say they were Gifted with Covid.

Another one which is gaining in popularity is "I apologise" when you are not in the least sorry about something you have said/done.
That one has probably been mentioned some time ago :D

    "Basically..."

A sure sign of an incoming banality from a truly vacuous mind.

"Un pausing"   I heard this one the other day on BBC Radio.

Curated and gifted have bustled to the surface before but nobody would expect you to trawl through 89 pages to find them. They’re awful words. I’d also like to blow a raspberry at the use of said for that. And how about “icky” which cropped up today? Vile.

Apparently something "Pauses" or stops/halts for a time and then resumes so it "Un pauses".
It was in the early hours of the morning when I heard it so unsure in exactly what context but I think it could have been a pause in Russian bombing of a specific area and then an un pause when they resumed fire.
Really @B3  I am shocked that you needed to even ask. :D:D
