I feel like I’m living in a parallel universe having read about all the strong winds that many parts of the country are experiencing.. it’s wet here in the NW but so far (touch wood) there has not been any strong wind.. up to 7 this morning anyway as I left for work. Who knows maybe I’ll cry when I get home..

For once my balcony seems to have escaped some gale force wind..

@celcius_kkw Really? That's interesting because we got our usual south-westerly gale. Maybe we deflected it somehow for you ;) It seems mostly over now.

We're still having gusty winds; tomorrow's weather prediction says temperatures around 4 degrees C. I see quite a few new shoots that are broken and hanging beside the main stem. Should I remove them when the weather has improved or leave them as it is? TIA.
Oxford. The City of Dreaming Spires.
And then my heart with pleasure fills,
And dances with the daffodils (roses). Taking a bit of liberty with Wordsworth :)

Winds were set to hit Wales and the south and then peter out.
