  • I mean, I know it's September, but hasn't felt like summer for weeks now. We've been out in coats all day this last week.

Mind you it was like this last year too, end of August was quite cold, then it warmed up again at the start of September.

Hopefully that will have slowed down the second flush at home and I won't have missed it! Back home tomorrow.

@Nollie, @Tack Thank you. I have included 'The Prince' in TCL order. But at the last minute I've been told they've excluded it due to poor quality. There is another rose garden in Netherlands which I came across last year but no response for the phone calls. Trying to get the roses through our friend who is living there.

Has anyone bought roses from here? They have 'The Prince' in the catalogue, I have been told by them to contact during bare root season.

@Marlorena How do you like 'The Wren'/'Sangerhousen Jubilee' and 'Artemis'/'Sweet Child of Mine'?

And anyone with 'Augusta Louise'/'Rachel' or her sports, how does it do for you?

I know I should have paid more attention during the season   :#o:)

@edhelka, I have both Augusta Louise and Aquarell. The flowers are very big and beautiful, repeat is good too but plant is prone to blackspot. Both lost lots of leaves and have now grown new ones. I would keep them in pots but wont plant in border.

@Rojas According to the TCL website they aren’t shipping DAs to the U.K., has that changed?
