Lovely Alliums Hazel. Really want to get some this year. Will say goodnight too, hope you sleep better tonight Hazel. Night night everyone, sleep well and sweet dreams. Hope to see Chive, Ante, Yvie, Purplerose and Pauline soon. Sorry if I've missed anyone.
Morning everyone, I've been awake since about 5 o'clock, got fed up and came down for a cup of tea. The sun is streaming through the window and the birds are singing. There is a frost this morning again. Drinking my first cup of tea.
Morning all. I've just come down to make coffee and light the stove. Then I'm going to the market, need some fruit and veg. Have you stayed up @star gaze lily or did you go back to bed?

Morning SGL and Busy-Lizzie and all to arrive later. I always enjoy going to markets in France. It does help that at the times I usually go it is glorious weather but being given a bowl to fill with your fresh produce and handing it over to be totted up is great fun. Enjoy your trip Busy-Lizzie. SGL, I hope that you got back to sleep.
Cacoethes: An irresistible urge to do something inadvisable

Morning everyone . Lily I hope that you got back to sleep .BL enjoy your trip to market .I love markets .Lovely pic LB . It’s a beautiful morning here .Enjoy your day .
Hi all. Very busy day at work yesterday. Lovely sunny morning and I am not in work until later so the garden calls. No walk today as sister at work. She is getting on well.Â
Debs it’s good your sisters enjoying her new job.  Hazel it’s always lovely to see the birds with their family so sweet.  Lily I hope you have a rest later.  LB I like going round the markets.  Trying the cheeses etc.
There wasn't a huge queue for the fish at the market today. I bought a sea bass which I'll fillet and have half and put the other half in the freezer. Also bought some big shell on prawns, veg and fresh local strawberries. There was a stall selling pork and lamb from a farm owned by an English couple, free range animals. I bought some herby Lincolnshire style sausages. Haven't had a proper English sausage for months. The cheese at the market is very expensive.

The robin is fine, the box has dried out a bit. I heard a lot of cheeping the other day from the stone wall of my house. Then last night I was doing the washing up and looking out of the kitchen window. The cheeping wall is at a right angle to the kitchen wall and I saw a blue tit coming and going and disappearing into a hole in the wall between the stones. Last time she had a big green caterpillar in her beak.
