I was in and out within 10 mins. I got a sticker for my friend and gave it to her once I got to work she was over the moon and wearing it with pride. So far I feel ok but I am dosed up with paracetamol so hopefully if I do feel rubbish later on I have got a head start.
Weather has been very strange this morning. Sun came out then all of a sudden the weather went very windy and cold, we had rain for about half an hour then the sun has come back out.
That is a lovely picture of Nel Chive. Hazel , I was hoping to do some gardening today but it’s far too windy. Good that you have had your jab PR .I hope that you don’t have side effects .LB when I worked at the  Tots Club ,we sang so many nursery rhymes. I used to find myself singing them during the day . I got some very strange looks .
Ruby - Nursery rhymes are quite amazing aren't they? They get passed down from generation to generation. PR - I was puzzling about the sticker? I didn't get one so could you call round again tomorrow and get me one please???

Hello All, Brrr the weather has turned so wet & wild today, LB Lovely grape hyacinths picture this morning. I hope your Camellia buds don't become spoilt by the weather now they are just starting to open. I thought you’d like the photo, my cat cushions are popular with Nel 😊 SGL Great news you slept well, I hope you’ve had a good day too, Debs All those lilies they’ll be a wonderful sight and a nice treat coming for Easter I like your garden colour theme, Hazel I hope your granddaughter is still ok, you sound very on top of things in the garden grass cut, plants planted, it must be looking lovely, PurpleRose I had my vaccine this afternoon, I hope we all manage the next few days without suffering 🤞 Has the leak been sorted out? Rosie I hope Alfie hasn’t hidden your ring somewhere under a rug or in with his toys, have you been playing with your new sucky thing? Rubee Definitely not gardening weather today, hope none of your pots have been affected by the strong winds, Yvie Sounds like a lovely morning with Gabriel having a singalong, We are kicking off the weekend with a takeaway for tea, whoopee no cooking! 🥳 Have a lovely evening everyone.Â
We didn't get stickers either - not even a smartie (let alone a lollipop) for being brave little soldiers😉
Evening all - it's been cold, wet and windy here but I'm a happy bunny because I went to the nursery to collect the plants I ordered yesterday. While there I had a wander round and bought another abelia, a spiraea, a geum, and also found a couple of perennial wall flowers. Only a couple of those were impulse purchases but I unloaded them on the QT while OH wasn't looking🤫
Garden is ready for a big planting session over the next few days. Would be nice to get it done and the grass cut before Tues when it might be warm enough to sit outside with a good book.
Hope all those who've had their jabs are OK over the next day or so.
Nice photo of Nell Chive. I've been enjoying lots of cuddles from next door's cat over the last few days. He's the friendliest of little creatures.
Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down
Evening, Topbird A good boot full of goodies from the GC, next week promises warmer weather so hopefully you’ll get lots of opportunities to get planting. Your neighbours cat sounds lovely popping round for a cuddle, a very friendly chap.Â
T'Bird, another canny buy there. I like your shopping style too. I've got GW on record as its the last rugby match of the six nations today - France v Scotland. Could be a cracking match. so I'll sign out for tonight and see you all tomorrow. I hope that you all have super evenings.
