    A good show, was good to see the roses growing up the trees, we have some similar and hopefully next year they will be big enough to form a great display.

    I've added sweetcorn to my veg list for next year, I didn't realise (though I didn't really research) they were planted out this late in the year.

    I'll still continue battling the slugs and snails on my susceptible plants, I don't kill indiscriminately just any found on plants. Snails appear to be far worse than slugs.

    Whilst the Cyril section was interesting, I don't think my attitude towards them has changed. I'll continue to remove them and offer up sacrificial French Marigolds to those that temporarily avoid capture ;)
