@D0rdogne_Damsel It’s all down to your vision and your hard work (and energy). Much respect due👍 😃

  • Hardly an expert @Busy-Lizzie  More of an enthusiast gaining experience, more importantly absolutely loving it. Enjoy your trip to the GC, I think I might have missed the boat on raspberries, too expensive in the two shops I went in yesterday and none left in Lidl. I am hoping there might be a plant market on locally soon, there always used to be at this time of year, Pompadour or St. Jean de Cole, we'll see.

Yes @Dovefromabove! It's been a long time coming! Off to a new customer this morning,  am old one this afternoon,  viewing another new garden Monday and lots of enquiries! Run out of business cards!

I remember the creation of CdG well @D0rdogne_Damsel 🍰☕️🍰. Its been lovely following your progress and seeing it go from strength to strength - well done you 👏🏻🥳👏🏻. One day we will visit - I like plotting these plans, even though its all impossible at the moment.

Had a good day in the garden yesterday, and will be out there again today for the final assault on the flower beds.  Not really weeding so much as clearing accumulated leaves (these beds are under huge oak and beech trees).  It was a mast year last year, but thankfully not many of the acorns seem to have seeded, which is a pleasant surprise.

Started a new sewing project last night - another one from 20 odd years ago, recently discovered in our under stairs cupboard.  None the worse for that, and still with its threads and pattern in the pack. It had been intended as a gift for my niece’s nursery....... she’s now 23 🤣

Morning all,  some breaks in the clouds and sun - yay😄
I agree @Pat E if you're going to have clouds like that you want proper rain.  DD the raspberry you have will produce more canes in time if you can't get more easily, now.
    Have a good day all.

Hello all! I had a rude awakening this morning - a heavy nosebleed whilst still in bed which is unusual, had to scrabble around for a "Rhino Pinch" to get on my nose. I shall be glad when I can get it sorted.
It's snowing quite heavily here and very cold, will have to get the log burner lit.
I remember all your trials and tribulations @D0rdogne_Damsel leading up to CdG, you should be so proud of yourself, well done.
    Have a good day everyone.
