    Morning all,

I'm back! ;) Hadn't realised that I've gone from checking in every day to once a week. Get my head down to start work on a Monday then it's the weekend again!

I succumbed and ordered some stuff last weekend :o DT Brown must have had their seeds in the post before I finished making the order!! So I've fully armed with all the veg seeds that I want to try. Just need some warm weather, time and space :D

Then 3 blueberry plants arrived this morning, earlier than expected. Nice looking chaps as well. Really want to succeed with growing some more fruit this year.

The bareroot blackcurrants aren't due to be despatched for a while but everything else has been really quick so who knows.

I also need to go for a run this weekend - very poor training regime so far this year :(

Good morning Biglad, Yvie and all to follow.
It's finally weekend. Sorry because I wasn't here last week. Next one will be more relax so I'll have time for other things.
Weather is severe last two day and temperature is always below zero. Everything is frozen. Plans for today is a lot of tea, read your posts from last few days and relax. Must go now, I have a walnut buns in the oven.

Have a nice day and stay warm.

Good to see you Ante. Its been below zero here too. Soil frozen solid and bird baths are difficult to defrost for very long.

    Morning everyone,
Good to see you @Biglad and @Ante30
Looks very cold out there this morning 😩
Time for another cup of tea.
    Have a good day everyone

  • Morning

Your new grandson Debs is beautiful. His name is lovely. I love his little outfit. I bet you are so proud.

Lovely and sunny here so far today. I have not ventured out yet. I think it will be cold as the gritter lorry whizzed past at 6.35am. I do think after this cold snap, it is going to mild up.

Your seed order sounds very much like my seed pile Biglad. Everytime I look at it, there is a new packet or two added. I dont know where I am actually going to put it all 😂😂 I think some will be donated to friends and relatives gardens. The problem with that is, I then get their extra plants in return 😂😂

I am so pleased it is the weekend. It has been the longest week ever. The weeks seem to be getting longer at the moment.

Afties all. Did you and your OH get your walk in Hazel? Its cold here with a wind chill factor that is keeping the temperature at zero or below and heavy snow is in the forecast. I suspect that may occur over higher ground. I've been watching the poor workmen struggling in the cold. Another rugby weekend for me this weekend. I'm hoping that England will put up a less embarrassing show than last week.
