Lost in the new posts already, shall I just say I am so appreciative and thankful to everyone for their wonderful advice and recommendations, for all the glorious rose photos and for every post on this thread, past, present and future. I apologise humbly, deeply and sincerely if I ever missed someone’s contribution or failed to thank anyone at any point, ever. There, perhaps that will compensate for alleged grumpiness in not ticking boxes. If not, tough! 😆

    I'm printing and framing that.

    thanks @Omori and @Marlorena
That 'Mme Isaac Pereire' and 'Felicia' looks fab. Its like I ask for a rose and you guys are giving me a rose garden :)
I have short listed all those names to my waiting list of roses. Since space is a concern at the moment (keeping all my roses in pots), I think I will go for Louise Odier (assuming she does ok in a pot). One that is relatively small among the lot. I wonder how they take hard pruning every year. So they can be contained for a bit longer.

@cooldoc2000 Louise Odier is a large and vigorous rose, it grew to 5’ in a year so not sure it would work for a pot. Comte de Chambord would be ok though.

Wasn't Nye Bevan supposed to be available from today? I can't see it on the website.

No code either? Maybe it'll come Inna week or two.

Gives me more opportunity to get the slab moved and planting hole sorted anyway.
