Going to pass on Nye Bevan, the light myrrh is a deal breaker for me unfortunately. I don’t think there will be any other new DAs?
Probably not. Sounds like they're having major stock problems anyway due to the pandemic. They're not going to be able to sell as many to garden centres.
It's a shame though, after several years of two or three releases.
Hello all, not posted for a while but wanted to share the excitement of getting my ever rose, a bare root Constance Spry from Trevor White roses, Norfolk. ( Breeder David Austin) Reasons for finally narrowing it down to this one was I wanted a climbing rose for my back fence, and this seems to fit the bill, though I started out wanting a cream or white, but this pink rose looks stunning. Planning to plant tomorrow. Thanks to @Marlorena last year for some tips. Looking forward to enjoying the journey with all on here..
Nothing more than Newbie77 already posted with that press release which had a decent amount of info on. The DA post on Facebook today just had a photo no detail.
..their new Handbook of Roses 2021 is now available to order online, so hopefully it should be through the post shortly, if you've ordered from them before..
@Grassly ..huge roots, typical of that vendor.. hope it does well for you and looking forward to any photos from your garden this year... roses or otherwise..
I'm starting to think that I might just have to buy another Malvern Hills!!
Which im not sure about, having a small garden, so limited rose space, I wanted something different. But I think Malvern Hills looks good on my brick, I love everything about it and I'm worried that I'd end up disappointed with something else.
Maybe having same front and back would be a nice feature.
I'd grow a cutting but obviously that'll take years compared to just buying one.
