Obelixx, forgot MIL was also selfish, we used to book restaurants, she always turned up late, she had a Hubby then ,he was lovelly, she walked out on my Hubby and siblings, when they were at primary school, ironically went off with this bloke (who I understand was the lodger) told me hersel she didnt want to be saddled with 3 kids under 4, and guess what she di, yup, had a baby!!!!
More chainsawing today. We both got too hot to continue and besides, even he doesn’t like to admit it, but he ran out of puff. We’ve got dark clouds hovering again now (5pm). He’s having a little nap. 😏
Fell asleep trying to watch MotD and woke up at 5.30 so put the cricket on. Will watch until 'tea' and then get a few hours work in, which should leave a chunk of this afternoon free. Can't imagine that I'll be in the garden though. Sounds wet and wild out there a the moment
I've finally succumbed to temptation and spending is imminent Blueberry bushes and veg seeds are sourced but need some nice big pots and ericaceous compost now.
It looks dry outside, for now....I want to get some gardening done, I have been digging over a bed for about a week in small bits, would really like to get it finished, but I have other jobs to get done too, undecided which to do for the moment, another coffee might help.

Wrapped in a duvet in the chaise with a cat and a coffee watching the snow fall.

It's actually turned calm and dry here now so maybe I will get outside after all. Or perhaps that is the calm before the storm!
I think that is my final choice of pot. Just need to decide on the size and how many
