    @punkdoc ... speaking as someone who has some experience of working with folk who've suffered brain damage from repeated uncontrolled epilepsy, I do sometimes wonder if her extreme responses to events and situations might be partially due to some degree of 'damage' to her thinking processes ... I know she does have severe epilepsy.  It doesn't affect everyone in the same way, but if a certain part of the brain is continually affected by uncontrolled seizures ...

    Problem is @Obelixx, that some people do listen to her.

    You might be right @Dovefromabove, in which case I would try to be a bit kinder to her, doubt I'd manage for long.

    I think it helps me, to understand why she might react  in such extreme ways ... 

    However, it's horrifying to think that some folk, without brain injury, are so incapable of logic that they think she's making sense.

    She was a contestant on 'The Apprentice', which probably tells you all you really need to know.  She was pretty obnoxious on that and has developed that 'extreme right-wing' persona as a columnist ever since.
