Hazel, it’s snowing here too. Debs I hope you enjoy your day and have nice customers. LB it’s lovely that you could catch up with Sameena, wishing her well. Joyce was a lovely lady. There are some primroses by Ed’s grave and he rests near the pond, bless him. Lily and lily silly the cocktails sound good. I love a Baileys. Chive I was too cosy to move this morning but have been pottering. Have a good Saturday everyone.
Happy New Year Pauline - can't remember if I wished you that yet! Total brain fog here! Wow I'm so jealous! Doesn't it make everything look nice and Christmassy? Still lots falling too.
Cacoethes: An irresistible urge to do something inadvisable
Thank you to all who sent the snow across to me. Its falling thick and fast here now. Its so nice to be inside in the warmth looking out at it. I LOVE it too Pauline.

Hi all, lovely snowy pictures. No snow here, just sleety rain, bitterly cold out when l have the dog a quick stroll around. Lots of windows around now minus their Christmas trees. I was raised in a house where it was considered bad luck to take down the decorations before 12th night so it's a tradition l keep, don't want to risk any bad luck at the moment, though I'm not really superstitious. LB it's nice that you are in contact with Joyce's daughter, and that she is heartened by the affection that forum members had for her Mum. I will always remember Joyce and the delight she took in her garden and how she was always planning beautiful displays for her many pots and troughs. Chey l hope you are feeling ok and that your skin is not giving you any problems. I hope you and your little cat are keeping warm and cosy. Hazel it's good that you enjoyed your walk in the snow this morning, very sensible to wear walking boots. I've found out my boots just in case we get snow here but l don't really relax when walking in it. I try and make myself strutt confidently through it but nearly always fall A over T.
