There are loads of fireworks going off near me. I couldn't make out what the noises were until I opened the back door. I wonder what that is all about.

LB may be it’s a birthday celebration is it Sagittarius.  I’m glad you’re okay.  Naughty elf, sweet story.  I’ve discovered an old jumper today under a pile of clothes and it’s lovely and warm with a chunky polo.  I’m watching a Tudor Christmas with Lucy Worsley.

Sagittarius runs roughly from November 23 until December 21 Rosie so I'm not sure that means anything today but you are probably right in that it is someone's birthday.

  • Evening everyone, I enjoyed doing some wrapping today even had the Christmas tunes playing to get the atmosphere.
Hope you’ve all had a good day.

Thank you for the quiz LB, so nice that you had an unexpected visit from your sister. I hope her grandson did well in the equestrian event, I recall you saying he is an accomplished rider,

    Good evening.
LB, so nice that you saw your sister.

Rosie, I watched Tudor Christmas last week. Interesting, and I learned some new things.

Chive, we all feeling christmassy last few days. Me even longer.

My lights are almost prepare for tomorrow. Few more thing tomorrow morning and I'll be ready. I just finished with jam cooking. I tried new recipe with tangerines, and it's delicious. Must buy more tangerines at Monday and prepare few more jars.
Now cup of tea and Poirot or maybe Hobbit, first part.

Evening Ante. You just reminded me of the jam I made from my Calamondin oranges. It was delicious. It was made in the microwave so was quite simple. Sounds as if you are all ready for the big 'turn on' ceremony tomorrow. There is nothing I want to watch on TV tonight so I think I might go and read. Signing out for tonight. See you all tomorrow.
