Good afternoon all. Difficult day here as it’s first anniversary of Mom passing away. Spent the day with my sister and it was not as hard as I thought.
Pouring with rain most of the day but drier now.
  • I'm not getting any notification emails today. Also had trouble getting on here just now.
Is it naughty Christmas elves messing about. 😔

Hello Debs. Glad that this traumatic day was not too difficult for you and your sister. Sounds as though you had similar weather to me today.
SGL, I think Hazel has to have a word with 23 and the Elf on the shelf!

    Good evening to all.

SGL, sorry to hear that you had trouble to get here.

I took a whole afternoon just for me and went to cottage. Last bigger harvest is done (black radish) and now I can wait snow. Need a proper shower after muddy field. I promised to show you my lights. Here they are:

Hello Ante. It must have been really refreshing to have some quality time to yourself. I love blue lights - they are my favourite colour. It looks very festive indeed.

Thank you LB.I really needed fresh air and some work on the land.  Some people love sauna and similar things, I love mud, soil and plants.

I agree Ante, its mud, soil and plants for me too. The only fresh air I had today was my walk to the post box, walking down the garden and putting my dustbin out. It was short and sweet but better than nothing.
