Biglad, some people seem to go bananas 🍌. Just had sm delivery, a couple of replacements, but nearly all there. The drivers do well making all the deliveries. Chive you’ll be glad to have a break. Enjoy your time away.
Afternoon All, Some wrapping done, never seem to have all the bits I want to finish the parcel off so have to go rummaging in drawers must create a crafty box for all those items. Hazel must have been so nice to FaceTime with your son & 23, his message to his monkeys made me smile so sweet🐒🐵 I’ll miss Graham too I enjoy his segment on the radio, Topbird The ribbon is a good idea to hold your Door wreath, hope all goes well for your shopping trip, Rosie good your SM delivery was successful, nice to get everything you need in one go and have it put away. My SM was slightly stressful this week, I like to self scan in Sco’s and occasionally they carry out a spot check on some of the items. This week my entire shop had to be checked of course I had a barrow load! 😖 I felt sorry for the member of staff having to empty all my goods out of the bags while all I could do is stand aside and watch. Never mind it all went through ok and I left relieved that I hadn’t neglected to scan something 😯
Afternoon all, sorry about the previous post, I think I am going balmy. I can't understand the desire to go shopping on Boxing Day. It's the last thing I would want to do. Had a supermarket delivery last night at 11. Felt really sorry for the poor delivery girl. Just a few unimportant things missing (like a tin of Roses Chocs) my waistline will be forever grateful. However, I don't feel sorry for the Hermes delivery person who blatantly lied and said they tried to deliver my parcel at 12.30 today. Especially as I was sitting by the window waiting for them to arrive. Sent a rant to them, not that anyone will either be bothered by it or probably read it. It made me feel better.
I wouldn't mind @Songbird-1 if they said, Sorry we ran out of time but will try again on ...... It's the lies that really make me angry and the frustration of not being able to talk to someone to sort it out.
