Love that cartoon Ante so very true! When I worked in a pub so many men moaning about all the work of Christmas but they usually only had to get present for the wife/ girlfriend and that was always last minute. Meanwhile the ladies worked their socks off and mostly loved Christmas! My Nan would say” you get out what you put in” Busy day but achieved a lot.
I think Boris is just telling people not to panic buy as there is concern over the issues at the ports.
Hello Ante. That cartoon is so funny!!! I agree with Debs, my middle brother leaves everything to his wife, Mind you, he does do all the Christmas meal cooking so maybe that is fair.

Funny cartoons and pics today😁 Had a lovely time in Southwold - even in the rain. F&C were amongst the best we’ve ever had. It’s really a restaurant which has gone down the take out route to allow them to stay open for the last few months so the food was a little special. It was quite busy even on a wet Monday. Bet it’s been heaving on sunny weekends. Just having a bit of cherry & almond tart for supper - too full for any more.🐷🐷🐷
Heaven is ... sitting in the garden with a G&T and a cat while watching the sun go down
Brain is now well exercised. I wonder if I'll be able to see the great conjunction between Neptune and Saturn tonight. Apparently the best night could be Christmas Eve. I am saying good night to everyone now. See you all tomorrow. I hope that Rosie, Hazel and her OH have a better night's sleep tonight.

I've sent Ante's one via WhatsApp 😉
Boris didn't say much at all. One of the things mentioned that he would say.......insist on not travelling far especially out of London.....he didn't
LB, 😂😂. Well, your brother cooks for Christmas, so it's fair.
I'm glad that Boris didn't say much. We also have a limited movement, so no familiy for Christmas.
