Good morning LB and all to follow.
LB, sorry to hear about frost forecast. Here is also foggy morning, perfect for stay in. Good luck in SM.

Like I said, foggy and wet morning. Today is also non school day here, so I'm free. First tea and croissant and later book and tv.

  • Good Morning LB & Ante and all to follow, its blowing a hooley here dare I put the wet things out đŸ€”
LB Frost & fog not sounding very good, I may be joining you at the Sco to see what’s available, we mainly just need the staples. Yes I’m back to school today the half term goes so quickly, I imagine we will carry on as before with our class bubbles if the schools are staying open,
Ante Your day sounds perfect tea and a croissant good start, enjoy the non school day,
Lily A sweety treasure hunt sounds brilliant I bet the girls loved it and they got to dress up, such a good idea when the weather stopped them going out.
Hope you have a good day all.

Ruby, I hope that the storm was just the rain etc. and that no damage has been caused in your garden.

LB 2 of my potted olive trees were blown over in the front garden .No harm done there .I haven’t been in my back garden yet .
  • Good Morning Rubee, gosh that storm you had sounded bad, hope you don’t find anymore casualties in the back garden,
LB I hope you got on ok at the SM, I bought everything on my list and was pleased to see most aisles were well stocked. The wet things went out on the whirligig, then the sky turned black so off they came and on the airer instead.
Off to work shortly, have a nice afternoon everyone.

Afties all. Chive, mission accomplished! It was very pleasant shopping in 'sco and as you said, plenty on the shelves. I got everything on my list and a few bits more. All stashed away now and I'm ready for my lunch. The only thing different about the store was they have now defined the entrance and exit with large, clear banners and what was normally the entrance is now the exite and vice versa. No sections sealed off as yet but that might happen after Thursday. I have been very lucky to get a hair appointment for tomorrow morning at 09:00. It was actually due on the 11th but my hairdresser contacted me and asked if I could go tomorrow as they will be closed again after Thursday. I consulted my diary and said that, yes, I could make tomorrow. Tee hee - what diary? What other exciting things have I got on the calendar? Let me think đŸ€” Oh that's right not a thing!

Afternoon folks,  A really blustery day here but the sun is shining so I popped out and edged the front lawn and weeded the borders.  I'm hoping it stays dry so that I can give the back lawn a last cut.  Enjoy your day everyone.
