    Evening Everyone,
LB I’m sorry to hear the news about your quiz friend, it’s such a shame she is unable to be with her sister at this sad time. The amount of people allowed to attend a funeral there is huge.
Lily the scarf sounds lovely and just the job for this cold damp weather, sorry I hadn’t realised my mistake with your name earlier or I would have corrected it,
Ante I meant to say before I like your new avatar photo. Sorry you have to wait until X**s for your next break from school, in that respect we are lucky to have a half term holiday. Like your new bird feeder, I’m sure it will be popular,
Rosie good news regarding the boiler, that’s a relief,
Our gas will be turned off tomorrow and they have to dig a hole in our driveway to connect some new pipe oh boy!
    Have a good evening everyone.

    Evening Rosie and Chive.

Rosie, no endeavours for me tomorrow, just school.

Thank you Chive. Wish you luck tomorrow.

I'm signing off for today. I didn't turn heating on and now is chilly. It will be interesting documentary about Solar system on tv.

Good night and see you tomorrow.

Evening all, late logging on today.  I've been working in the garden in between showers trying to remove a rose arch.  It was cheap and nasty and I've purchased a new one but have to sort out the roses first.  I've been browsing the internet this evening as I need to get a shredder to get rid of loads of paperwork I seem to have accumulated over the past few years.  I'd save money and rip it all up but the arthritis in my hands wont let me. Getting my hair cut tomorrow and also visiting Arley Arboretum.  It's a long time to go without a holiday Ante First and Secondborn are desperate for half term at the end of October, don't think they'd manage if they had to teach straight through till C*******s.

  • Oops I fell asleep on the sofa 🙄
Chive, I didn't even notice.....i had to go back and see what you meant, no worries, it doesn't matter 😉
LB, I knitted quite a few things for biggest poppet, especially before she was born....little jackets and blankets etc.....did a few things for the other two poppets too. Also knitted hat's etc, but didn't do much really while looking after OH when really poorly, just didn't have the time and if I'm honest I was far too tired.   But maybe now I'll do the odd thing again 😉  Your blankets sound lovely.
Ante, love the little bird feeder, it's really cute. It does look like a little phone box 🤗
Yvie, good to see you again, sounds like you've had another busy day. Have a lovely day out tomorrow.
I'm going to say good night too,  sleep well everyone
