  • Library books taken back.....didn't get any more.
Managed to get some birthday cards...one for a special friend....her birthday is in January 😂 a thank you card and a pack of pretty blank cards that will come in useful for various wishes.
Hardly anyone about, so a quick turn around and now back home about to have lunch.
    Have a lovely afternoon everyone.

Afties all. My cloth things are out on the whirly string thing so I'm hopeful they will dry. Well done for your foray SGL. I, as you, like to have a stash of birthday/anniversary cards. With a huge family like mine its a good idea. I do tend to wander around the card section in 'sco and if any catch my eye or make me laugh, I buy them.

    Afternoon everyone,
I’m wishing I’d put my whirligig up now LB not a bad drying day. I really ought to buy cards like that when I see them, handy to have some put by. Thank you for the quiz I may have to come back to that later,
Lily It sounds like a good outing to the library, getting your cards and back without any bother is a result,
The Gas men have dug a large square hole in front of our garage and another out on the pavement. When I returned from work there was a man stood in the hole right up to his waist, they have certainly been busy. Nice group of chaps too very courteous, they’ve got a big job on their hands trying to update everyone’s gas connection.
Time to put the kettle on ☕️
