    Evening all.

Beautiful photos Rubee, Chive and Hazel.

Hazel, your chrysanthemum is flowering and my are still in buds. Lovely colour. Cheer you up in grey autumn days.

LB, you have been busy in the garden. Good job.

Here was beautiful sunny day. I done a lot of thing in my front garden. I can cross few things from gardening list. Everything is prepared for tomorrow and I can relax with cup of tea and Miss Marple.

    Evening,
LB good job you remembered about your black bin going out tomorrow, fingers crossed it is picked up and emptied this time 🤞,
Hazel What a lovely Chrysanthemum, a nice keepsake of your FIL it’s a beauty. I Like the sound of your mint green scarf just the job for those chilly days. I’m sure you’ll get used to the new clock in your kitchen,
Debs My baskets are protected by a lean-to roof so they avoid some of the harsh weather. I’ve had plants survive over winter and flower again the following year very lucky. Hows your allotment, have you been able to go there?
Rubee That was a gorgeous sunrise picture you took, it captured the effect through the trees perfectly,
Ante Nice to reward yourself after a day in the garden with a cup of tea and something good to watch on the television. Feet up and time to relax 🙂
    Have a nice evening everyone.

I'm signing out for now. This cartoon was designed by a friend of mine. She is the lady I usually pick up to take to Canasta as she is losing her sight and cannot drive any more. She has a wicked sense of humour despite her degenerating sight:
She assures me that they aren't dead; they've just been on the gin! Night night everyone. See you tomorrow.
    p.s. black bin is out!

  • Hazel, your chrysanthemum is gorgeous, love the colour. Your new clock sounds lovely too.
I used DK wool and used 4.5mm needles. I sort of made it up..just cast on the stitches and knitted until I thought it was long enough. I haven't got a pic of it finished, but I did take a photo of it when I first  started it because poppet wanted to see what I'd done. Will post it in a mo.
Love the cartoon LB. Night night, hope you get a good night's sleep.
Ante, glad you got some time in the garden.

Signing out see you tomorrow.   Clever joke LB .
  • Here you are Hazel.  The wool is sort of flecked. Popper wanted pink and thankfully I had this in my cupboard 😂

    Thank you Ante.
Thank you  Hazel, I almost used 8/4mm needles but decided on 4.5mm but I don't think it makes much difference.
I'm saying night night too. Hope everyone sleeps well. Sweet dreams.
