We only shred personal details too Hazel, but then end up with shredded paper, which isn't allowed in the bins. We usually burn it at the very bottom of the garden in the 'burning' bin Pauline đ
Afternoon All, nice to see you Yvie & Tâbird đ
LB Sorry not a clue, no football followers in this house.Â
Tâbird I do that hang on to guaranteeâs for things we no longer possess, we can reminisce about much loved appliances đ€ I am still using the ironing board bought when we first moved in together which is now 28 years old, though it is on its 4th cover!Â
I only know 2 of the badges Rosie. I bet my handy brother would know them all though.
Good to see you T'Bird. Did you have a nice meet up with your friends? I know the feeling about ancient papers. Old council tax information stuff. Old insurance papers when we had such things. Warranties that ran out years ago etc. etc.
I forgot to tell you all that yesterday when I was closing up the garage I actually heard some fireworks going off. How crazy is that? I cannot think that there will be much trick or treating or bonfire nights going on unless people ignore the restrictions.
Cacoethes: An irresistible urge to do something inadvisable
Evening, LB Oh no not fireworks already! I dread that theyâll start doing this locally, with no organised displays people will be more inclined to have them at home đ
Goodness that's early for fireworks. They go on for days normally depending on what day it lands on....weekend before, bonfire night then the weekend after. Then there's C*****m*$ and you can bet this new year's eve they'll be quite a few houses having private parties to see the back of this year. Hopefully they will banned.Â
