Good Morning Rosie, Hazel, Lily & Yvie, Rosie I hope you’re having a day off today to enjoy, Hazel I’m sorry you have to be apart from your family, I love the story that you share with 23 what a great imagination. I hope you get to go to the Amazon with him soon 🤗 Yvie Oh b***er that’s a rotten start, as Topbird said you can opt for a speed awareness course my OH has one on Monday. He was unlucky with an Average speed camera on the Motorway he was only doing 60 but this stretch was reduced to 50, it’s being done as a Zoom conference for 3hrs. I hope the new rug lifts your spirits with the finishing touch to your room, Ante That’s good I like that you are giving him little jobs to do, I’m sure he appreciates having a few projects,Â
Afternoon All, it’s breezy and overcast but I wanted to do a few things outside so I’ve swept the fallen leaves, lemon tree is now in its winter retreat and the pots moved back on the patio for protection. Hope you’re all enjoying the day.Â
hello Ante I’m glad your keeping your father busy.  He will appreciate that it gives you motivation.  Chive I have a cherry tree just outside my door and I get a lot of fallen leaves.  I wonder if LB is baking a cake.   Never mind Yvie.
Afternoon everyone, still raining and the wnd is howling. Have attacked part of the garage today, there's now some stuff to be thrown away. 😉 Will do more during the week, my back started to ache so I've come in and had a long hot soak. Time for a cup of tea. Sorry to hear about speeding ticket Yvie. But I'm sure the new rug will cheer you up. Miss my walks with the poppets Hazel. We used to make up games walking through the woods too. Sometimes it was going on a Bear hunt and others it was just made up as we went along. Also played Pooh Sticks on the little bridge. Hopefully we can do that again soon. Topbird, enjoy your afternoon. My minds gone blank, sorry. Hope you're all having a lovely day.
Afties all. Hazel, I love your story about trekking up the Amazon - wonderful! Yvie, you little jockey! We'll have to call you Billy Whizz from now on. Speaking of projects, how about this suggestion. Would all the crafty people out there, be it knitting, needlework, crochet, wood carving, origame or any other skill, we make a C*******s decoration and post the picture here on Rez and I could take the pictures and make a C*******s tree for on here. This would be shades of making the fairy houses we did a couple of years ago. Naturally you only do it if you want to. It might give us something to do whilst we are all 'confined to barracks'. See what you think. Each decoration could then be a memento of this very strange year.
Cacoethes: An irresistible urge to do something inadvisable
Chive, I moved my 2 lemon trees into the greenhouse this week. They are still only tiny but I can't wait for them to grow. It has rained down here all day. At least I've got the Six Nations on TV to watch. Its very weird with piped fan noise though.

Lily I hope your soak soothed your aching back.  Hazel it sounds like you’ve had a busy day.  It’s fun to let your imagination go, especially with the young and brings back memories of playing American Indians with my Grandfather.
