    Been around for years.

No worse than those God awful, garish begonias you see everywhere IMO.  :D
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....

I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

Spray painted heathers, fake grass, painted wooden signs with folksy sayings, plasticised wicker furniture, ceramic pots, big plastic pots, begonias, canvas close up pictures of flowers, mixed colour trays of bedding plants or bags of bulbs, any functional item with its name written on it ... I could go on (and on). There are so many things I strongly dislike and would never want in my house but they bring pleasure to others and do me no harm so I have no issue with them.

  • Maybe when I'm a bit older, a functional item with its name written on it will be useful...  as in "Anyone seen the thingummy... ah, trowel!"
Since 2019 I've lived in east Clare, in the west of Ireland.

Never mind there will be  sparkly succulents and plants that have sucked up blue by Christmas. You may even get to buy a cactus with googly eyes

    In London. Keen but lazy.

Yes nearby to those heathers they were selling cyclamens that the label warned buyers that they preferred 16-20°C wonder how many will realise they bought a cyclamen that is for indoor use 😂

It's such a con - selling these outside in October.
