Hehe Chive...only good girls get yo have the next two days off......but think ýouve earnt them with all that painting 😉🖌🖌 Take care in the rain Ante, could be slippery underfoot in the woods. Popped to GC. I went on my own as it's so very cold today. Different one to the one we went to the other day, bus stops right outside. Didn't have an edging tool, but had a mooch round the plants as I had time before the bus back. Found a lovely white Potentilla in the sale section for £5, reduced from £16.50, not sure why it was so cheap, it's quite big and very healthy with new shoots coming through too. Wasn't going to buy any plants, but I have the perfect spot for it 😉 It's so cold out there today I needed my gloves! Still very windy.
Oooh SGL! I've found a kindred spirit. First sign of cold weather and my gloves come out. That sounds like a beautiful bargain plant. I've planted all my crocuses now and I'll do the daffs tomorrow as its so cold outside and I've done enough bending for today.

Lily like the sound of your bargain plant, nice not to come home empty handed after making the journey there. Today went well at school and when I got home my OH had been busy putting back some of the fixtures and fittings so our room is started to look dressed again 😊 Hope you’ve all enjoyed your day.
Hello all, 👋 I might actually get time to post for a few days now. I must have been very good girl as i have got 9 days off.....weekend, all week, and next weekend. 😁😁
A decent stint of recycling some of the 'rubbish' that has accumulated down the side of the house today. OH is always nagging to "take it all to the tip". She may get a pleasant surprise next time she looks round that corner (and I still haven't braved the tip!).
I'm now planning what I need for next year to be able to grow stuff in the former rubbish dump.
