Morning all/afties @Pat E if you're there The little mice are very sweet @Suesyn. Never a problem here either. I used to work with a girl who screamed her head off when she saw a little field mouse once. Not the right job [stables] if you can't cope with a bit of wildlife We keep getting the hole on one of the sunflower feeders being blocked up with leaves and moss, and I'm sure it's the wee mouse/mice. Nothing else would be able to do it. I'll need to set up the camera again. Rough old night here, and worse for tomorrow, but it's dry and sunny just now, so I'll get out for a walk once the school weans have abated a bit. Nothing damaged as far as I can see, so that's fine. It was worse a few weeks ago. Our west coast has had a real thrashing though.
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...
OH has set off to work with a flask of soup and a flask of tea. I’ve stripped the bed and got the bedding in the wash ... I didn’t do it earlier in the week ‘cos of the storms that we were promised but hardly happened. I’ve started today’s bread dough off and I have 20 mins to put my feet up and drink my coffee before it needs a few minutes of attention ... then I’ll go and make the bed ... love fresh bedding 🛏

The sun has found us again 😎☀️- which is good as it’s Pilates in the Park this morning 🧘🏼♀️🙆🏼♀️💁🏼♀️🙅🏼♀️🤷🏼♀️
Then it’s off to Dads for the afternoon- I did an online shop to be delivered to his yesterday, so we’ll see how that went - we are still avoiding SMs wherever possible.
I’m ok with mice so long as they stay outside my house and my greenhouse .....otherwise it’s war ☠️
You’ll be glad when its all over and you are safely settled in your new home @Busy-Lizzie - ((hugs)) in the meantime. Glad OH is now back so you can tackle these things together.
Good morning all, afternoon Pat Thank you all for the all wishes! Much better today! Your a lovely bunch of people x Flatters the cat has emergency appointment at very as swollen kidneys are worrying me... red been put on very approved diet and weight has gone up but he's not right. Fingers crossed please folks Hope you all have a lovely day
Hopefully things will settle a bit soon @Busy-Lizzie. It's stressful - and you have a lot of things to think about when you're selling/buying. Glad I haven't had to do it for a few years. Must have been one of those 24 hour things @WonkyWomble - good that you're better today. Absolutely @chicky - once they set foot in the house...it's curtains Sensible re the supermarket. People just seem to be ignoring everything now. Youngest was saying that they've had a huge increase in people using cash, which means even more hand cleansing. Our rules/regs are still different from England, but I think they just don't bother listening now. The 2 metre distancing [still in place up here] has certainly gone out the window judging by the people I see. Don't start me on the runners...

OH has not played golf today as he had an appointment with the insurance company's doc as a follow-up from last year's accident when we lost our lovely Harry Zafira. He's asked if I can do the weekly SM shop this pm so he can come too.
He's only been the once since lockdown ended and he'd completely lost the plot - normally I have the trolley and the list and send him off for this and that while I get the big stuff. Took him forever to find a jar of mustard which hadn't moved. I might be frazzled later but not because people are misbehaving. They're being good so far now the "mask everywhere" rule is in. Distancing here has always been just 1m. I do a lot of breath holding.
Moving house is stressful but can also be liberating and it's good you now have OH there to share moans and triumphs @Busy-Lizzie.
Cats and kidneys not good @WonkyWomble - hugs to both.
Sunny here and warm. I've been doing the first coat on the trim round the new headboard and sewing OH's new shorts. Now for a shower and pedicure before we go out this pm.
