Morning @Hostafan1 ... hope the French windows can be sorted relatively painlessly ... I cant remember ... did you have them put in or were they there when you moved in?

So apart from the pain in your pocket, you won’t mourn them if they have to be replaced?

I'd rather rip that whole wall out and glaze the whole thing.

Good morning.   Sunny here after a cloudy day yesterday.  I've checked the forecast and it's sunshine all the way with one cloud on the 24th.

Started planting the new bed and have placed the rest of the shrubs so I can ponder before digging.   No gardening today as I'm off out for safe drinks and maybe an ice cream this pm with the gang from patch club.  Trying to get 7 women to decide on a day, time, venue has been like herding cats.

Congrats to @Busy-Lizzie for the anniversary and also all the hard work clearing paths.  You have a busy few weeks coming up but it will be worth it.  Enjoy the family visit.

Have fun with your windows @Hostafan1@chicky - our "quarrying" pile is growing, should you require some stones for the walls......

    Morning all.
Love your new steps @chicky What will you do with the bank, grass it or plant something like ground covering Hypericum?

I've been dusting and putting stuff away, like the winter duvet. It was on our bed when we returned 4 months later. Forgot to take it to the cleaners in the SM yesterday.

When I've finished my coffee I'm going outside to clear up the huge pile of vegetation I chopped down yesterday.

Don't you ever leave windows and doors open @Hostafan1?
