Brilliant pics 😍. Not seen any balloons here yet, but will keep an eye out. We have similar marauding bambi’s ......don’t care how many people are staring at them, they carry on munching regardless 😳
Good morning all 😊 ☕️ we are just half a mile as the balloon flies from the site where balloon rides take off for trips over the Broads ... we often see them passing low over our house on a warm still morning as we sit in bed with our cuppas. 😎

Morning all/afties Pat if you're there. Hope you've recovered from all they partying... Lovely pix @steephill. Maybe Bambi was trying to watch what you had on the telly. I've read back but I can remember nothing. Where's that embarrassed face smiley.... Hope you're continuing to do well @punkdoc. Moira has our permission to give you a good slap on the chops if you misbehave. Glad your son is on the mend @floralies. Big relief for you all Got out first thing this morning - I managed out later yesterday as the rain went off by lunchtime. Felt weird going out so late. My sister phoned me [just before Popmaster @Dovefromabove - what's that about? ] but fortunately, she'd finished talking at me by the time the rain stopped
It's a place where beautiful isn't enough of a word....
I live in west central Scotland - not where that photo is...

We get lots usually too @Dovefromabove ......just not seen any during lockdown. Will be interested to see if they start up again, or whether steephill’s were individual hobbyists. Can’t see how even a 1 meter plus rule would work in a teensy weensy basket 🧺🎈
Pricked out about 100 foxgloves yesterday. Don’t need nearly that many, but I am incapable of throwing viable seedlings away .....is that just me 🤔
Off to the seaside today. Got my books, magazines and sunnies 😎.
Morning @Fairygirl ... yesterday’s Popmaster was grim ... I only got 9 & 9 and OH 17 & 9 🙄
@chicky I have about 90 foxgloves and 30 verbascum and a load of aquilegias to plant out this autumn ... where are they going to live until then ... the plan is to take the spread centaurea and Rozanne etc out of the peninsula bed and replace ... but not until autumn ...

Morning all, another very hot day here, too hot for gardening. We are off to the SM soon for our weekly shop and OH needs to get new drainage pipes from the DIY store as we have deep channels over the garden at the moment. Not sure where they will fit in the car with the two of us in it, should be interesting! Have a good day everyone, relax in the shade with a nice cooling drink.

A lovely day here. Weeding to do then I'm in a quandary: do I lie and sunbathe, or do I cut the grass??
