After years of growing hostas in pots I'm trying some in a raised bed. So far so good , I'm using a homemade garlic spray that seems to be working well.

All these hostas are looking very healthy and happy. I like empress wuu, how big does she grow?

I've used a decent number of hostas with ferns to make the understory of my tropical area. They've done really well, the proper tropical plants are working to catch up. There's a couple of Paulownia tomentose growing to create more shade in time

I went mad a few years back and bought a load from Bowdens and planted them in pots where they have been since. Landscaping the back garden soon and will transfer them in the soil under and acer tree. All healthy and happy apart from the one with cream leaves which somehow wilts soon after its first few leaves (although it keeps appearing every year).

Goodness those are lovely @greenlove 😊... do you have the name of the one in the 6th photo down, at the far end of the trough?  It’s particularly gorgeous 😊
